Comes with everything, most of it is already wired up to go, I had to cut a couple wires to uninstall it but it comes with the box and installation manual and shouldn't be hard to install again. The only thing you will need is a new little bulb or light dome as mine is glued on my A-pillar, also a new push button if you want the valet switch to work, I never used it personally.
