Rick,

Do you eat a lot of spinage? There is a chemical in it that is highly increases chances of kidney stones.

EDIT: I googled it.

Chemical risk factors include high levels of the following in the urine:

Calcium (hypercalciuria)
Cystine (cystinuria; caused by a genetic disorder)
Oxalate (hyperoxaluria)
Uric acid (hyperuricosuria)
Sodium (hypernaturesis)


However, Vitamin C helps break down kidney stones so drink up some OJ.
