Check with Clearwater Cylinder Head for a second opinion on leaking valves.....
I usually put the head on it's side and pour mineral spirits down into the ports......easier to see valves in the combustion chambers that way.....
I'm not sure Honda Headbolts are one time use, like the stretchy ones....
Scrub Out the Rust.......
Get a stiff gun-cleaning brush that can be pushed down into the
water jaclet holes of the sleeves to scrub loose the rust/scale/chunks from inside the block water jacket........plug ALL oil drains that go to the
oil pan............then water blast out the chunks/rust until the water still sitting in the block is clear.-Bob
BTW nobody cares about spelling and knowledge. We care about people who smoke pot then work on their car........

By bottom end i was referring to what i was told a bottom end of a motor is..The block...sleeves etc etc beneath the head
