if your car is running temendously lean then it would seem that the FPR is not the solution but rather a higher volume fuel pump is need and now with the FPR you can bring the pressure down to more normal pressure levels

AFC is also an excellent suggestion by cronic espcially if you want to fine tune the A/F curve

and Dyno time is always a must for tuning
