Agreed, Fuel pressure shouldn't really drop at anyplace along that line.

Also, get your car on a dyno, check to see your a/f readings throughout the rpm range. You shouldn't see much of a drop, if it looks like your losing fuel along the chart get a FPR and guage, and raise it up a bit. Might be better to use the VAFC.
