I don't trust it. It's from Z-hills. ALMOST every car I've seen from Z-hills/Dade City area, that was supposed to be "restored" was a POS. (Note I said "almost". There have been one...MAYBE two that were decently done) I've seen how the people who live in those towns take care of their cars. No way would I pay $1000 for an 86 either. Especially if it's not running. I might pay $500 for it, maybe, Slap a Maaco paint job on it, and replace the "starter" (It's probably the flex plate or something else more serious) and re-sell it for $1500. maybe. Just my .02
