i messaged the owner of Sundown, Jacob Fuller

this is what he said
"You can turn the amp down, it does not have to produce 1200 watts all the time =)

You will just have to be careful and set it according to the limits of your subs."

I did not buy the amp from him, i just asked him for an advice on this and this is what he told me.
I keep getting mixed answers so I am trying to get the facts.
