Don't worry about the oil pump. All h22a's came with an automatic tensioner. These can fail and it is considered good practice to always replace them when doing a timing belt. H23a's and f22's came with a manual tensioner. that can be fitted to the h22a motor and in my opinion makes the h22a more reliable.
