i gota 1986 honda accord dat is carbureted, i wanna change it to fuel injected...does any one some that can help me?

i also want to swap out the stock engine, for sumthin more powerful like a gsr or an H22, idk which is better lol but dats y im postin dis thread, to get info. n help if it can b provided...
