there's a shop in gainesville, and you can get top sirloins that are about 2.5" thick, and as big as a KADE valve cover, choice/custom cuts for like $12, shit's on point... like the fucking slab of cow is behind the glass, and you can watch the butcher cut your piece off... shit's great.... i might grab a couple of those if i can make it down there..

and i'll have my Rolling Rock on hand lol
