I've known a few guys to have their fronts tinted, one guy had 2.5% all around then 20% on the the windsheild of his truck. But for a little optical illusion he put a blackout strip up top.

He got pulled twice, ticketed once, and the other time the cop made him tear it off there or get it towed. He just took it off and put it back up the next day. Anyway, I drove that thing once at night and its like wearing sunglasses. If someone doesn't have their lights on you probably won't see them.
