I'm parting out my H22 motor, and I'm selling the transmission as well.
the transmission does not grind in any gear. I just recently took it apart to the bare gear set, and inspected. Has a Exedy stage 2 clutch in it, as well as new pressure plate/throw out bearing. I can Also provide you with the clutch alignment tool too.
