Just wanted to say something good about a company.
I had picked up some rockers on here that were on some heads.....took me a bit to figure it out but they're proforms
I found out two fulcrums were cracked. I called summit and jegs, absolutely no help or even concern from Jegs tech guy, summit tried but no real help.
called proform, tried to buy some fulcrums, they got my name and address and are just sending me out replacement rockers for free with the fulcrums, I offered to pay and they said they would just take care of them, including shipping!!

It is refreshing to see that kind of customer service nowadays
