I'm sure there's some sponsorship/advertising aspect to the decision but Luca is driving so slow for Ferrari I don't see how it makes sense to even have that car in the race? Why not just park it. Are there contracts between the teams and F1 that if they're in the season they have to race? I mean some teams seasons are turning into such a disaster I'd just park the cars and get ready for 2010.

Unrelated, anyone watch the RPM segment before the race start showing redbull's autoclave where they bake the carbon fiber? It's just completely insane how much money goes into F1, last week they shows the 150 redbull staff that work in the computer design area, then they have another 80 people who just work on producing the carbon fiber parts, we haven't even gotten to the rest of the car yet.
