I know I didn't clarify this, but the hood can be fixed via PDR and doesn't even really need paint - maybe wet sand, buff, wax, done. I'm not wanting to touch the roof or the interior of the bed. Really it is just the sides... if that makes a difference.

Yes, it is a big ass truck...

I might be able to extend the budget OR get less work done, but I am willing to spend some $$ and I know some people out there are hurtin right now. I think I am willing to be very reasonable, and I do understand that I need probably $5k to get everything done right... I just don't have that much $$.
