Hey guys, I'm currently in the process of lowering my girlfriend's truck. It's a 96 Gmc Sierra Shortbed v6. I got a deal on a neighbor's lowering kit. It's a Western Chassis 3" front (springs) and 5" rear (flip kit) and I am having problems with the springs in the front. A couple days ago I swapped the springs out and dropped the truck down on it's tires and I didn't notice any difference. Hmmm... So I asked the kid that I got the kit from (it was brand new when I got it) and he said it must not be lines up in the indent or perch. So I said okay, I just got done taking one side off and turning the spring till it dropped into the indention on the bottom and still no difference. I know there is no difference because I only did one side (other side is still stock as of now) and they are measuring out the same. I also drove it around a little to see if it would settle and nothing... Blah pissing me off. So if any of you guys have any ideas please don't hesitate to shoot me some info.
