b16 and itr heads have the same casting, so you can not really tell by looking at the outside. the only difference is the chambers are debbured on an itr head,but it is a itr, because they did not make a b16 head in 98'.

im pretty sure its bare w/valves,springs, and retainers only. At least thats all i seen on it.
