now the cool part i call ebay and tell them the whole story,now my ebays back on and guess what,THEY are following up on it and are going to either get him to mail me a new set or full refund BY FRIDAY the ebay guy will be calling me and telling me what will be done on friday...they went thru my and the assholes messages and sided with me for a claim to be on my behalf..so either way the seller HAS to mail me a new set or refund or his account may be closed and his a power seller..so in all the asshole screwed him self by sending a complaint on me
