You end up rebuilding anything and need any performance parts for your motor post up a thread - I've got some stuff (mostly new old stock type stuff) laying around I could sell you for a good price. But I would absolutely be raising hell with that dirtbag company thats screwing you over. That isn't fair compensation to you.
