These are both OEM.
Here's the thing about the multi-layer gaskets for the head->manifold that I didn't see before... I just did one on my brother's car and the layers are riveted together. But, the rivets are located to only clear the flanges on a stock manifold. If you have an aftermarket manifold with the large continuous head flange, it'll hit those rivets and most likely keep it from sealing properly. $20 down the crapper and you still have a leak. Should have just bought the $8 paper one from Nissan.
