I found the artcile I need to scan it Lemme Just type in what it says and ill locate a sanner and scan it in for ya ! its a mini magazine that Hot rods maazine made Its all about Honda 4cyl's
OK heres goes...
B18 and B20 Blocks {left) have about a 3.000-inch higher deck than B16 and B17 Blocks (right). Note the added material (arrows) above the bolt bosses on the B18/B20 casting.
The '86-01 DOHC B series engines have been built in 1.6L, 1.7l, 1.8L,2.0L and 2.1L sizes. The larger engines are generally found in Acura Integras and Honda Preludes, and the B16's came in civic varients. The 1.6L B16A is the most plentiful and popular swap engine a clip goes for about 1800.00 us dollars. There is also a weird Japan-only B16 varient the B16B with a B16 Crank, but with the B18c's rods 138mm/5.43inch compaired to 134mm/5.28inch) and 0.300inch higher deck height. If you subscribe to long rod theory this could be a hot setup for a sustained high rpm engine.
*edit*
The B20 and B21 are the BIG BLOCK of traditional hondas. Used in the US preludes in 88-91 they are more readily available in japan. Cores typicaly cost about 1200.00 us dollars. Unfortunatly the B20 series does not have a VTEC option but can be mated to a VTEC head with minor modifctaions due to it being in the B series family.
*seperate part of article*
Mid-90's and Later B20 series Blocks (left) have an open deck plus a different crank journal size. Early B20 engines (right) have a closed deck. Some honda builders say the closed deck promotes better head gasket sealing, But RS Machine reports no sealing problems with open decks, adding that its easier to install big-bore sleeves in open deck blocks. This information is also true for the Later and ealier versions of the Japan only H series engines.
Honda Engine designation System
B,C,D,F,H,J,K = Engine series
18,16,17,20,21,23,27,30,32 = Displacemetin liters
A,B,C,R,Y,Z = A major variation of the basic seres A is the basic varient, with supsequent letters denoting progressivly higher performance. "c" is often (but not always) a VTEC engine. "R",Y,or Z are ultra High performance nearrace motors
1,2,3 Minor Change, revision,or evolution of a basic varient.

1st generation no revsion
B18C5 same as above BUT 5th varient or 5th revision of te motor extended engine code is B18CR5 Type R Japan only.
This artciel also talks about head varients and Honda DART Blocks
Beefy block with V-8 hp capability with NO machineing ! They come in B18 and B20+ sizes only ! its made from C355-T6 aluminum alloy fullyCNC machined out of one piece of alloy. OE specifications and sizes or in your choice of vaients, they also incorporate Replaceable Ductle-ion dry sleeves. These Press fit cylinder liners offer superior stability for reduced operation fristion and encourageoptimized ring seal.
I also wanna point out that this is a street designed engine !! tehre is way too much to type hopethis makes you guys a lil smarter
