Can someone explain to me what the deal is with drilling round holes into the bumper? Is that some kind of go-fast technique? I see shit cars driving down Dale Mabry that look like someone got out a door knob hole drill bit and just drilled holes all the way across the rear bumper. It's plastic to begin with so I can't imagine they're doing it for some kind of weight savings.
