Ok so my ac blows cold but it doesn't blow hard if I put it on 4 it will blow like if it was on 2. It makes a loud noise near the glovebox n it wouldn't even blow out the passenger went when its on 4.

Next problem is I have a switch manually for my condensor it blows colder when I have it off why is that?
