Probably not because the car is excessively low. If you're going to go argue, at least raise it up to nearly stock height for the day...
I lifted the front of the Frontier about 2 inches by cranking up the torsion bars last night. No more rubbing on my tires, but the rear looks really low now. Haha, need to add a leaf or get some lift shackles for the rear now.
