This connects to your ignition harness and ebrake cable (optional). So you would buy the S13 kit since it has nothing to do with what motor you have in the car.

The HKS harness works with this turbo timer, as does the kit on FRsport.com. I never needed a turbo timer so I never purchased the harness.
