Well, Mercedes I think uses some of the technology they develop in their engines since they are supplying engines for multiple teams, so they might actually get something useful out of their participation, but yeah Toyota doesn't even have a sports car so it's not like 10 millisecond paddle shift gearbox technology is making it into the Camry.

I don't even know what Renault's cars are like these days.
