KJ is right do it yourself...well as long as you know what the hell you are doing. If you get someone else to do it itll cost you around $250 which in my opinion is a rip off. One thing KJ didnt mention is that youll need to do the adjust with the engine cold...that means leaving it overnight and working on it in the morning. Also buy a 12buck gasket before you start and a gasket scrapper wouldnt be bad either. Bleh basically here is all youll need:
- RTV sealant
- Feeler gauge (I bought the most amazing set at Auto Zone...they make me drool)
- Torque wrench (expensive if you dont own)
- New valve cover gasket
- assorted sockets and screwdrivers
- cold car
- a long plastic rod (stick in spark plug hole so you know when piston is coming to TDC)
