is the fan blowing at all? or its just not blowing cold?
if its not blowing at all, check all the fuses, and for power at the blower. could be a blower motor, blower resister, or wiring.
if its not blowing cold and is charged, could be the expansion valve or just a bad compressor. if its not blowing cold you probably need to hook it up to guages and see what the pressures are.
its charged and everything, and its blows but not really cold, i would say more of a warm temp. all the fuses were checked, so idk what else it could be.
anything you can help me with that i can check to narrow down the problem?
