Hey...

This is the meet that I organized last year, and we found that having people bring items for the BBQ was unsuccessful. We ended up collecting cash from those people that did show up and a group went out to the Sweet Bay on SR54 just south of the park to pick up everything.

This was to ensure that everyone chipped in (min $5 per person) and covered everyone to eat and drink all they wanted for the entire day.

Again..imo this was the best way to get everything we needed in order to prevent flakers!

Good luck, unfortunately my wife and I have a pretty busy schedule this summer and will not be able to attend this one.
