Did you get paid for this? Was it given to the Cigar place? It seems it was hence the " Photo Courtesy"

A logo is NOT standard for a print credit. Its actually unheard of in the professional field. Photo credit is typically in the byline. But never a logo. Thats tacky, i dont know of any publication that would run a logo photo credit.

If you did this for free for the cigar shop and are just happy to be printed, please do yourself (and the rest of us pros) a favor, start charging. The second you start giving photos away, it devalues you work and devalues your photo market. And in this case, you hurt yourself in the process, because if you did this for free, you didnt even GET PHOTO CREDIT.

I certainly hope that you took photos of said Cigar business, and got paid, therefor allowing the cigar business to use your photo in editorial purposes only, if you allow your photos to be used in Promotion/Advertising, i certainly hope you charged more. And if that is teh case, then you are certainly not going to get byline credit, however you can still use it in your tear sheets.
