Don't listen to these fucking squids. This is your first bike, the last thing you need to be worried about is whether or not its BORING. You shouldn't be pushing any kind of limits any time soon on that thing. This is why so many of these jackasses end up dead or fucked up from accidents, because they think the purpose of a bike is to get hopped on and rode like a bat outta hell.

Well hell with that, I think you've got the right idea. Do like was recommended - examine that frame, and examine it well. Test ride the bike. Test ride it in a straight line, in corners, and at highway/interstate cruising speeds. Make sure its stable. If you can't do that yet, get someone to do it for you. But make sure you run it through the gauntlet of tests BEFORE you buy it, given that it looks like its definately been smashed up a bit.

And for the love of god don't listen to much of anything these people have to say on riding. Wear your gear and take it easy. You've got enough power there to do any reasonable thing you want while riding it, and until you get the experience under your belt thats all you need.
