personally, i wouldnt get that bike unless its for $800 or less. look for hairline cracks on the frame (LOOK VERY CAREFULLY, examine every centimeter of it)
that bike is good for scooting around town but if you are planning to do some good riding, you would be completely bored with it after a week. youre a big guy so a 1000k or a hayabusa would be more suitable for you (only if you have THROTTLE control).

i would want to tell you to start on a 250/600cc bike but i can see you getting bored with it asap.
