from those pictures idk how you could really tell if frame damage...you'd have to take specific pictures where theres damage, but generally bikes can take a spill and not have frame damage, so it very well could be alright, its common to find bikes have been down for sale and there not be one thing wrong with it other than the cosmetic fairings
