Yeah those tweets you brought in WILL NOT handle anything like 250 rms. I dont care what they say on them. Ive got tweets that are around the same size and i am putting around 75 rms and that is plenty. The problem probably lies in the tuning. But bring it up to the shop and ill check it out for ya.
