What spring rates are you looking to go with? remember these are catridge type replacements so will require taking apart the shock to install the cartridge.

I can blow away that price on the illuminas the tokiko replacemnts are about right I can match that price.. also keep in mind there are koni sport inserts for this application which will handle more spring rate..

on the cheap KYB makes inserts for only $210 and they are on par with the base tokiko.. honstely the iluminas sound like the ideal setup for price/value. and can damp a decent spring.
