I'm not speculating that you are a terrible person, I'm speculating that you obviously haven't done the proper business plan and laid out the financials. Trust me, I spent lots of time trying to make the numbers fit when my dad and I almost started a place... It does not work. You have to work your ass off and constantly have lots of business to make money.

If I were to guess, you had this idea because you saw how much S&R charged you for little things. You probably thought it was a ripoff and said "well hey, they must be making tons of money by charging people this much for nothing." Well you are in for a big surprise man, you will soon see why prices are charged when as someone uninformed you would think "thats ridiculous". It costs shops a lot of money to stay in business.

Oh and if you aren't working there, that is ANOTHER salary you have to pay. Hence why almost all owners of shops work at the place.
