I rarely hear about people with high horsepower cars hurting people on the street. Normally people who invest lots of time and money are not willing to risk their investment or their lives (because they actually have something to lose). Accidents happen and there's always the exception to the rule. I don't think someone driving a high horsepower car is any more dangerous than someone texting while driving an f250 on 275 at 5 p.m. on a Friday.
