One of my customers here in the south have done a B20 with GSR crank. Stock bore, and his compression was very mild, like 10.2-10.4:1 (220-235 psi) with a GSR ported head. His other mods included Kenji's ECU, Skunk2 intake, J/G 65mm T/b, OEM ITR cams and clutch, Comptech race header, Comptech flywheel, Icebox and a GSR tranny with a 4.7 final drive.

In a heavy ass '95 Civic SI (full interior with 15" Rotas) he was able to manage a 13.4s at 102 mph. Mid 13s in a Civic H/B nowaday is okay, but this is with no tuning at all since he is making some time off during the week to get it dyno. (well, he still needs a VAFC or Hondata). Again, no horsepower/tq figures or dyno chart since he has not dyno it yet.

What I've been seeing lately is that you still keep the balance of a GSR crank with a bigger bore, thus making it somewhere like a 1.9L or so. This setup is beginning a trend here in the east coast, whereas the Cali boys have been doing this for awhile.

Maybe this is something you should look into. But as others have mention, your question is broad. Keep in mind how much you want to spend.
