due that by jacking the car up off the ground. Shake the whole wheel side to side. You will know if there bad or not by alot of play back and forth. If you can shake your tire and while doing so Check you inner tie rod in also. And also just look at your tires and spin them see if its bent (wheel) or seperated tires. Vibrations have nothing to do with alignments. That vibration usally is caused to tires out of balance or loose broken parts. Somthing like that. When you align a car all your doing is turning nuts and bolts basically.
