I thank you for the compliment when you say my car does not look lowered. I lowered it (among other things) for performance, not for "the look".
In South Tampa where an increasing number of people bring their cars to be worked on by me, the cops look for lowered cars. As part of "urban camoflage" my car does NOT have "the look"............on purpose.....but when a person sees my car beside a stock Accord, the difference is pretty obvious.....that difference has been seen by hundreds of people at the meets I go to, as well as photographs which I carry in the car.
So I take it as a compliment when, without a tape measure, or a car to compare with, you say it does not look lowered. The cops see it the same way that you do.

As for lowering a car for "the look"................folks, I can make your car "look" lowered without doing anything to the suspension!

Creative thinking is not "magical"
If all a person wants is the look, you can get the look without changing the suspension........and some people have offered some solutions.
There is a price for knowledge and there is a price for not knowing. Sometimes you get more than you pay for, so put the money saved in your gas tank.
In life there is more than one way to do something, there is more than one opinion on everything. If you ever had the thought that your way was the "only" way to do something, you need to get more creative.
There's always a better way. There's always a better solution.
Having a better/different idea is not a "magical" solution.
We have progress in the world because people did not accept
the idea that "We've always done it that way".
My car sits low to perform better in the turns, which it does, and not to "look" low. If you want to go for a ride, sometime, it might
be fun.......-Bob
