well picked up a shifter from LKQ and modifyed it. i cut like i bit off the top and put on a after market shift knob which i just slid on.
and since theis usually end up spinning in a month i didnt use the plastic piece. i just used some masking tape and tightend the screws into the tape. works wonders and looks great!
