Well i went ahead and reported it stolen. I dunno why but the cop showed up to my house with the lights flashing.....I gave him the name I think is the real name and it pulled the guys picture up lol. He also showed me that he hasn't registered the car yet and that it's still in my name. Tomorrow I am going to the DMV and having the tags cancelled so nothing can happen to me.

I didn't want to have to go through all that. I don't understand what is the big deal about plopping something into an envelope and sticking it in the mailbox because it's the right thing to do....I hate people these days.
