My suggestion is take the truck to a local shop wherever you are and let them look at it. If the truck isnt a total cluster f*ck most shops will tune it for free , and give you some ideas about batteries and maybe an alternator. Trying to diagnose a problem over the internet isnt really that accurate, as we only get a partial picture of what is really going on.
