From working at a Honda/Acura dealership for over 3 years or so, cars with 10-12 years old tend to have all the same systoms.

Most of the time are the iginition system, such as coils and ignitors that will go bad. Secondly are main relay that operates the fuel pump system that goes bad. Thrid are flooded cars with AEM cold-air intakes with those cheesy so-called water by-pass valves (we have 2 GSR integras right now, in our shop with bent rods that suck up water). Other times are flooded cars with wet-ECUs (2 of them right now as well). Also ignition switches go bad often, very very common, just imgaine how many times it has turn over for you for those years. Or the summer heat kills battery as well. Then there are those who don't maintain there cars either a foul plug or those with cheap APC wires.

Fuel pump is a very rare part that goes bad, which is suprising in a way.

Anyways, figure I would fill in.
Mantain your Honda/Acuras and you won't have the problem.
