Ok I'm on a mission to see whats what and how to get it down right the first time out.... I am starting to biuld up a B-18 LS vtec motor and want it to handle something like 15-20 pounds of boost... First of I'm woundering what all needs to be done to the block itself to prepare it for this amount of stress... Second will there be any major affect on the vtec head itself.... I have heard and don't quit full understand yet that I that I have to get a apex controler to have the vtec cut off so the turbo can kick in and take the rest of the rpm range..... I dont get it, why cant the VTEC stay in while the turbo is on??? I'm turbo and license illiterate on the subject.... or direct me to a: LS Vtec Turbo 101 link.... thanks for any info.....
