My first Daytona was 80 or 81. I remember buying great seats at the ticket booth the day of the race. By the 90s it got so big it became a real pain in the ass and I stopped going. A few years ago I got free tix for the Earnhardt granstands. It still ended up being a $300 day for me. ugh.
Atlanta is a good track to go see them. Very fast and not so big.
I'll hit it at some point. I live 45 minutes from Louden so we go there for both races. I'd love to fly out to Dega for a race.
