I had a very similar issue, when I put the fuel rail on the new head, some water got in one of the injector connectors. The car didn't throw a CEL, but ran like complete ass.
If you have not already, I would disconnect the battery for at least 20 minutes to reset the ECU. Then, check your connections at the coil, check for spark on each line, check grounds. (A multimeter is your friend here, you can get one at harbor freight for something like 6 bucks if you don't have one.) Also, Make sure there is no moisture in any of the connectors / harnesses.
