When you see the annual commercials on TV for seat belt tickets,
it means that law enforcement is looking for probable cause to stop you
so they can write a seatbelt ticket.
At one time the Federal Government paid overtime for a short time period
for "seat belt enforcement".........
Don't give them any probable cause.......
