Hey guys, just wondering, I have a 1999 honda civic dx and I just saw yesterday that my passenger tie rod end; (the rubber piece) has a tear in it and some grease is starting to come out.There is no bad movement or vibration with the tie rod but I was told that the whole piece would have to be replaced not just the rubber. Now this week I have to drive approx 3-4 hours in two trips.Mainly highway but there will be probably about an hour of streets. And I was seeing would this be ok to drive with until I get back? Ive only got a couple days before I go and I may not be able to repair and get it aligned by then.
