Never scammed in my life, dont plan on it. The leather in the front seat is cracked pretty bad but can be repaired. also there is a ripp in the driver seat but you dont see it when your in it nothing a $250 fitted seat cover wont fix, back seats are fine though. Mileage is high but for a BMW it's not most engine will go till 250 to 300k. its been mantainted and all.
